Product and privacy help
Tell us what happened and which page you were using. Never send your HoYoverse password, sign-in cookies, payment-card details or identity documents. We will ask for any additional information needed to investigate through an appropriate private route.
You can also use Feedback in the planner if you are already signed in.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
For an existing Paddle subscription, use the secure management link in your Paddle receipt or Paddle buyer support. You may also contact Teyvat Rank for help with the service. Our Refund Policy explains the full-refund guarantee if no supported estimate can be delivered and preserves your applicable consumer rights.

Teyvat Rank is an unofficial fan project, not affiliated with HoYoverse or COGNOSPHERE. We provide collection analysis and experimental estimates, not account sales, transfers or a marketplace.
