Terms of service

1. Free features and your account

You can check a Rank using a Genshin UID and the public Character Showcase associated with it. A UID does not reveal an entire game account. Some planner features require a Teyvat sign-in. Keep your sign-in secure and provide accurate information that you have the right to submit. Do not send us your HoYoverse password, payment-card details or another person's private account information.

2. Pro report

Pro offers a private, on-demand experimental numerical USD estimate and range for a valid, complete Genshin collection submission, based on the details you declare and the method explained in the report. Missing or contradictory details may need correction before the submission is complete. Your answers are self-reported, not verification of ownership or inventory. An estimate is an informational research range, not a guaranteed sale price, financial appraisal, offer to purchase, or advice to sell or transfer an account. Teyvat Rank does not host listings, arrange trades, or promote account transfers.

The initial estimate uses your distinct whole-collection five-star character count and 22 asking-price references from eight seller groups, not verified completed sales. Rank and weapons have no separate dollar weights. Confidence is low or very low; extrapolation and upper-tier limitations are disclosed in the report. Saved reports, automatic revaluation and AI screenshot import are not included in the initial paid service.

If an exceptional delivery failure means we cannot provide any supported USD estimate after you have paid and supplied the requested valid details, we will arrange a full refund of that Pro charge as described in our Refund Policy.

3. Subscription and renewal

The initial USD signup choices are $2.99 per month or, for the first 150 qualifying annual subscribers, $15 for the first year and $30 per year thereafter. Applicable tax is included in these advertised customer totals. There is no free trial. The Founding discount applies only to the first annual payment. If no Founding places remain, annual signup will close rather than charge $30 for the first year. A regular $30 annual new signup is not part of the initial offer. Each subscription renews automatically at the price and interval shown before payment until cancelled. Viewing a price page does not reserve a Founding place.

Purchases, receipts, taxes, payment methods, subscription billing and buyer refunds are handled by Paddle as the merchant of record under Paddle's Buyer Terms. Teyvat Rank supplies and supports the digital Pro service. The final checkout must show the actual payable amount, renewal terms and available payment methods before you confirm.

4. Cancellation and refunds

After a subscription begins, you can cancel future renewals using the management link in Paddle's transaction email or Paddle's customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period and does not by itself refund an earlier charge. See our Refund Policy for the no-estimate guarantee, Paddle's request route and applicable legal rights.

5. Availability and fair use

Public game data and third-party services can be incomplete or unavailable, so Rank and any estimate may change or be temporarily unavailable. Do not use the service to impersonate someone, submit material you do not have permission to use, interfere with the site, or misrepresent a research estimate as a verified account value. We may restrict abuse or access that threatens the service or other users, subject to applicable law.

6. Privacy, changes and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains data processing. We may update these terms as the service changes and will provide notice of material changes. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. See our support options for help.
